Even if you’re upgrading to a larger home, moving is a great excuse to clear some clutter. Selling your old or unwanted items has always been a great way to clear space and make some cash in the process. In the past, that may have required holding a moving sale. Today, there are numerous apps that can make selling your stuff easier than ever before. Whether it’s electronics, old furniture, clothing, or just about anything, you can find an app to sell it on. Here are five apps we recommend to help you sell your things before you move.

eBay

eBay was one of the first websites to realize the potential of an online marketplace. There is no more famous online auctioning app than eBay. If you utilize eBay, you can list an item either for instant sale or use the auction style format. If you want to get rid of your item quickly, it may be better to list it at a fixed price. On the other hand, the excitement of an auction can add a flair to your sale. Once you’ve sold your items, you can also use eBay to shop for accessories for your new home.

Facebook

We may think of Facebook as a social media platform, but it has also become a marketplace. Using the marketplace function of Facebook allows you to put your items for sale in your local area. Additionally, you can post that your item is for sale to your friends and family via a status update. Instead of having to call individual family members and friends to let them know you’re selling something, just post it on Facebook. The advantage of using Facebook is that a large number of people check it every day. Instead of having to wait days for responses, you can sell your items in mere minutes.

Decluttr

If you have old electronics or books for sale there may be not better place to go than Decluttr. The app allows you to enter or scan the barcode on electronics or books and immediately places a value on those items. Then, it’s as easy as shipping the items and you’re paid the next day. Instead of having to individually list items, once you scan your items you can throw them all into one box. To make it even better, Decluttr handles your shipping costs!

Letgo

Letgo is a free app that allows you to take pictures of items to post for sale. The app does much of the work for you as it can automatically categorize items using artificial intelligence and image recognition. However, the app still allows you to select the category and make a description if you wish to. Similarly to eBay, you can set your item at a fixed price or place it up for auction. As of September 2017, Letgo has hit 75 million downloads and more than 200 million listings.

Poshmark

If you’re looking to sell old clothes, Poshmark may be the app for you. The site has more than 25 million items available from more than 5,000 brands. Poshmark also allows you to host “parties” on the app. A party could be based on a particular style of clothing, brand, or a location. However, since it’s taking place on the app you can join a party that was started by someone across the country. For the time being, Poshmark is only available in the U.S., but it could become international soon. If you want your clothing to go to someone with a similar sense of style, Poshmark is the app for you!
